Happy Nostalgia

My updates are gonna have to be small but many. I'll try and sum up the last 2 months.

Everything is going well with Cowlauncher Jr. Teri had her ultrasound recently and he is going great. He is due June 22nd. All heck breaks loose then.

I picked up Parodius and Salamander (Life Force) portables for the PSP. I am impressed. There is alot of content in each disc. I dont see why Salamander can't come out here though. Unlike Parodius, Life Force needs no "cleaning up" or translation. A gripe I have is the PSP screen can't seem to control moving stuff very well. The games become blury at certain points. The bullets sometimes mix in with the background. One of the biggest disappointments in Parodius was the changing of musics in stage 1 and 3 of Parodius 2. They took some awesome toe tapping swing beats and changed it with redneck music. Its not bad, but it takes away from the nostalgic factor. Anybody who played Gokujo Parodius for import Saturn or Playstation will agree.

Speaking of great nostalgia, Wii's virtual console is alive and kicking. Nintendo is actually exceeding my expectations for the Wii. Games are regularly releasing every Monday and content isn't sucky. My memory is almost full. My favs are Casltvania 4, Zelda 3, and Mario Kart 64. Today's releases were Kid Icarus, Kirby's (nes) Adventure, and Ice Climber. Again, not sucky.
